We accomplish this by taking the time to understand our clients’ business and culture, hiring manager’s goals and the specific job requirements; while pre-qualifying our candidates/contractors to understand their skill-set, motivation for making a job change, etc. All this, while delivering with the highest integrity to assure a win-win solution for both our clients and candidates/contractors.

Ascend Staffing Resources is led by Ron Jacobs, with 20+ years of experience in the Staffing business with a focus on both Business Development and Talent Search. Prior to entering the staffing industry, Ron held hands-on technical roles and obtained Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts - Computer Science degrees, which provided the foundation necessary to deliver on the stated mission!
